Create an appointment

Use an appointment to record a planned customer visit and keep the relevant customer and vehicle information ready.

  1. Open Appointments.
  2. Choose the option to create an appointment.
  3. Select or create the customer and vehicle.
  4. Enter the planned date, time and visit details.
  5. Save the appointment and review it before the vehicle arrives.
