1. Axlar service
Axlar is a subscription-based automotive workshop operations platform available through web and mobile applications. It can help authorised workshop teams manage customers, vehicles, appointments, job cards, inspections, estimates, customer approvals, repairs, invoices and payments.
2. Account registration and authority
Account information must be accurate and kept current. A person creating or administering an account for a business confirms that they are authorised to act for that business and to manage its Axlar users.
3. Authorised users and security
Customers are responsible for their authorised users, access permissions, credential security and activity performed through their accounts. Credentials must not be shared improperly, and suspected unauthorised access should be reported promptly.
4. Customer responsibilities and data
Customers control and remain responsible for business, customer, vehicle, workshop, financial and other content entered into Axlar. Customers must have the necessary rights and lawful basis to collect, enter, use and share this information and must keep records accurate where reasonably required.
5. Acceptable use
Users must not use Axlar unlawfully, infringe rights, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, misuse customer information or use the service to store or transmit unlawful or harmful content.
6. Subscriptions, plans and changes
Access may depend on the agreed plan, billing period, users, branches and current feature packaging. The applicable order, proposal or invoice should identify the commercial terms. Features and packaging may evolve; material changes should be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.
7. Fees, payments and taxes
Customers are responsible for agreed fees, valid billing details, applicable taxes and undisputed amounts when due. Currency, payment method, billing frequency and due dates should be confirmed in the applicable commercial document.
8. Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Renewal and cancellation depend on the applicable subscription arrangement. Customers should review the Cancellation & Refund Policy and any agreed order terms. The final renewal notice rules and refund window require business and legal confirmation.
9. Service availability and maintenance
Axlar aims to provide a reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Planned maintenance, urgent security work, third-party failures, connectivity problems and events outside reasonable control may affect access.
10. Intellectual property
Axlar and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, documentation and related materials. During an active subscription, customers receive a limited, non-transferable right for authorised users to access the service under the applicable agreement.
11. Customer-owned and uploaded content
Customers retain their rights in content they submit. Customers grant Axlar the limited permission necessary to host, process, transmit, secure, back up and support that content to provide the service. Users must not upload material they lack permission to use.
12. Third-party services and manual WhatsApp sharing
Axlar may link to or work alongside third-party services. When a user manually shares an estimate or approval link through WhatsApp, the user chooses the recipient and initiates the message. This is not a representation of WhatsApp Business API integration, automated messaging, chatbot functionality or conversation synchronisation. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
13. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful use or other grounds permitted by the applicable agreement or law. Reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy should be provided where appropriate.
14. Disclaimers and limitations
Axlar supports workshop administration but does not replace professional, accounting, tax, legal, safety or mechanical judgement. To the extent permitted by law, final warranty disclaimers, liability limits, exclusions and caps must be confirmed in the executed customer agreement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Governing law and contracting entity
Axlar currently supports operations in Qatar and United Arab Emirates. Applicable governing law, dispute forum and contracting entity details will be confirmed in the final legal version and relevant customer agreement.
16. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated for service, commercial, security, operational or legal changes. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate channel, and the latest revision will remain available at this public URL.
